While waiting for our subway a cool old man just broke out his guitar and started singing “A change is going to come” by Sam Cooke. And Ali, Taylor, and I literally looked at each other and had tears welling up..it just hit a spot in us. Then he broke out into “Proud Mary” by Tina Turner and we started clapping and got the whole subway clapping and started dancing….this lasted for a good 10 minutes. It made that quote “Music is Universal” really come true. So before we got on the subway we 3 hugged each other and everyone in the subway clapped for the musician. So pretty much the point of this story is……New York City is the best city and it really is “the concrete jungle where dreams are made of”
Life is beautiful…the end
