Wow…….idk how to update on how much fun I’ve been having here in NYC!
Sooo lets see Orientation week was amazing! I have the best advisers and mentors ever! They have really inspired me to push myself through this whole internship. I’ve decided to dual concentrate in Hip Hop and Theater. Ummmmm classes are amazing. I’ve made so many new friends. Everyone is so friendly here. Love getting back into tap, musical theater, and ballet classes! They have been missed!
Went to Coney Island for the mermaid parade, did some Salsa dancing on the boardwalk with friends as you can tell from the picture :D BUT IT WAS HELL GETTING OUT OF THERE! But totally worth it!
Ummmmmmmm my apartment is in a great area(Chelsea) LOVE UNION SQUARE!
This whole experience is overwhelming still but I’m embracing it. I can’t wait to grow amongst all the amazing dancers in this program! I already feel like I’ve grown over the last week….I can’t even explain how happy I am.
This city is filled with so much culture. It’s a breath of fresh air! I am for sure staying in the city after the internship…..so I need to start looking for a permanent apartment and a part time job.
Uhhhhhh I miss my dog…boyfriend..family….and friends, but I am enjoying focusing on my growth as a person/ dancer sooooo it’s not that bad<3
